Rob Edwards has been appointed as Watford’s new head coach on a two-year deal.
The League Two Manager of the Season, aged 39, has taken the top job with the Hornets ahead of the 2022/23 Championship season. He will be joined by Richie Kyle, in the position of assistant head coach.
The duo steered Forest Green to the League Two title in 2021/22, meaning that the Gloucester-shire club will compete in League One next season for the first time in their 133-year history.
Rob also claimed the Manager of the Month prize on three occasions, with no manager scooping more monthly prizes across the entire EFL. Rob was named winner in August, November and January.
Everybody at Unique wishes Rob and Richie the very best of luck in their new roles at Watford.
