Tom Cairney and Harrison Reed picked up Championship winners’ medals on Monday night, with a 7-0 home victory over Luton Town guaranteeing the club a first league title since 2001.
Tom scored the opening goal of the rout at Craven Cottage – their 100th goal of the league campaign – and played alongside Harrison in midfield.
Fulham clinched the title having accumulated a points total of 90pts, with 27 wins to their name, and will now return to the Premier League for the 2022/23 season.
