Unique are delighted to share the news that Samuel Edozie has completed a permanent transfer from Manchester City to Southampton.
Sam, 19, continues his rapid ascent by signing a five-year deal with the Saints, as he continues his pursuit of first-team football at Premier League level.
After coming through the academy at Millwall, the Lewisham-born winger swapped London for Manchester in 2019 when he signed for Manchester City.
Such was the speed of his development that Pep Guardiola regularly featured him in preseason ahead of the 2021/22 campaign – and Sam started in the 2021 Community Shield at Wembley Stadium.
He now joins Southampton and is immediately available for their trip to Wolves at the weekend, where he could make his Premier League debut.
