Unique Sports Management Limited (“we”) is committed to conducting business responsibly and to the highest ethical standards. We oppose all forms of modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to ensuring that these practices are not present in our business or supply chains.
Our Business
We are a global representation agency providing first class representation services to players, athletes, managers, coaches and clubs throughout the world.
Our Supply Chains
Our “supply chain” in relation to the provision of professional services to our clients consists in the main of other services delivered to us. There are very limited circumstances where we may utilise the services of third-party professional providers, consisting mainly of:
- Professional advisers (legal, tax, accountancy)
- Scouting and data service providers
- Marketing, PR and media agencies
- Travel and accommodation suppliers
- Office and IT service providers
We consider the overall risk of modern slavery in our supply chains to be low. However, we recognise that certain sectors such as travel, events and merchandise may carry higher risks, and we take proportionate steps to address these.
Policies and Controls
We have implemented policies through our Staff Handbook which reflect our commitment to ethical conduct, including:
- our code of conduct
- our whistleblowing policy
- our approach to the conduct of suppliers’
We expect all employees, consultants, contractors, suppliers and partners to uphold the same high standards and comply at all times with the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Due Diligence and Risk Management
Where we engage new suppliers, we undertake all appropriate due diligence, including consideration of ethical and labour practices. We include contractual clauses that ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and regulations, including in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Training and Awareness
In accordance with our Staff Handbook, our employees with responsibility for procurement and supplier relationships are made fully aware of the risks of modern slavery and are encouraged to raise any concerns that may arise.
Commitment
We will continue to review our practices and policies to strengthen our approach and ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 October 2025.
