Unique Sports Group is looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Lifestyle and Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with the day to day running of client requests, general office admin and supporting agents. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, well-presented and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Main roles and responsibilities
- Supporting the Lifestyle team with client management
- Researching and scheduling appointments with new establishments and suppliers that would be suited to the clientele
- Assist with USG social content for exclusive private Instagram page, only accessible to USG clients, helping ensure all content is current and relevant such as seasonal holidays (Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day etc)
- Assisting with diary management, travel and accommodation arrangements for agents
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Arranging postal and courier requests
- Weekly office inventories, as well as restocking fridges where necessary
Candidates will also need to demonstrate
- Excellent communication skills, ensuring professionalism is maintained at all times
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing work environment
- Ability to deal with confidential matters according to USG policies and procedure
- Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Administration experience
- Having a flexible attitude to work, including responding to out of hours requests
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Organisation and efficient time management skills
- A genuine interest in lifestyle management
